Jen Maxted is an experiential strategy and research leader with over 12 years of experience orchestrating complex physical-to-digital ecosystems, interactive environments, and data-driven platforms. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute, Jen brings a unique design-led approach to spatial UX and guest journey mapping. Having designed and exhibited hands-on video, projection, and light installations, recently including a featured installation at New Orleans’ SuperNova light show, she possesses a rare dual perspective: the technical grit of an installation artist and the strategic rigor of an enterprise product executive.
